About EWI Capital

Daniel is a founding executive director and shareholder of EWI Capital Limited and holds directorships of investment and real estate companies in the UK, EU, and beyond.

He began his career at KPMG UK, qualifying as a chartered accountant in Financial Services, and transferred to KPMG US for a managerial role in Capital Markets and International Tax. Daniel holds an economics and finance degree from the London School of Economics and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Outside work, he enjoys the gym, running, watching Arsenal, reading, travel, and time with family and friends.

Vlad is Chief Financial Officer of EWI Capital Limited, having joined the firm shortly after its formation. He serves as a director of investment, IT, and real estate across multiple companies in the UK and the EU.

Vlad brings broad financial experience spanning internal and external audit, compliance, consulting at a Big Four firm, and investment banking. He holds an accounting and finance degree from the London School of Economics, is a Chartered Management Accountant, and completed an Executive MBA with distinction at Bayes (formerly Cass) Business School. Outside work, Vlad enjoys fitness training, travel, learning guitar, and stargazing.

Alex leads the firm’s UK real estate investment activities as Head of Real Estate.

He is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and executing real estate investment opportunities, as well as overseeing deal analysis, due diligence, and portfolio management across the platform.

Olga is responsible for finance and asset management across the company’s real estate portfolio. She leads a team overseeing budgeting, forecasting, reporting, financing, and the financial and operational performance of assets. Olga combines hands-on financial expertise with a strategic approach to asset management and investment decision-making.

Before moving into real estate, she built a strong foundation in audit and transaction support and today brings more than 10 years of experience across financial controlling, M&A, complex stakeholder coordination, and portfolio oversight.

Vera brings over 20 years of international experience across financial management, accounting, treasury and investment operations.

Having been with the firm for more than a decade, she offers deep institutional knowledge and plays a central role in overseeing financial and operational matters across the company’s investment structures.

Joe joined EWI Capital in April 2025 as a Real Estate Associate, focusing on UK real estate opportunities. He is responsible for deal analysis and due diligence across new investments, supporting the evaluation and execution of transactions, as well as ongoing management of existing assets.

Joe holds a degree in Accounting and Finance, and previously worked in strategic consulting and valuations at PwC, and leading sales teams at a hi-tech company. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his two daughters, watching Arsenal, and CrossFit.

Jevgenija is a finance professional with nearly 10 years of experience in accounting and financial management.

As part of the finance team, she is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financing, asset administration across multiple jurisdictions, and performance reporting, supporting the delivery of financial insights that inform strategic decision-making.
