Partnering with Re:shape on Wimbledon Mixed‑Use Regeneration
We are working with Re:shape Living on the redevelopment of St George’s House East, a prominent site in Wimbledon town centre, which has been acquired for transformation into a major £260 million mixed‑use scheme.
Topland Vintage, led by Sol Zakay, acquired the site from M&G Real Estate, with plans now progressing for a comprehensive, residential‑led redevelopment. The scheme is expected to incorporate co‑living accommodation, alongside a diverse mix of retail and commercial uses, reinvigorating this key town‑centre location.
Situated at the heart of Wimbledon and benefiting from strong transport connectivity, the site is well positioned to appeal to residents seeking amenity‑rich, high‑quality urban living. Re:shape Living is currently preparing a planning application to bring the proposals forward.
Our role supports Re:shape through all stages of the project, helping to formulate and to develop a strategy that transforms an underutilised asset into a purpose‑driven destination, aligned with modern housing demand and long‑term placemaking objectives.
This project reflects the shared ambition of the project team to unlock the potential of prime urban sites through innovative living models and thoughtful mixed‑use design that should deliver lasting benefits for Wimbledon.
